Indian 1121 Basmati Rice (Steam, Sella & Golden Sella)

1121 Steam rice is treated with steam before milling, preserving its natural white appearance, rich aroma, and fast cooking time. White Sella is soaked and parboiled before milling, giving it extra grain firmness and resistance to breakage during high-heat catering. Golden Sella undergoes a specialized hydrothermal process that infuses outer husk nutrients into the grain, giving it a golden amber shade and maximum grain elongation.

Standard commercial wholesale supply is 1 x 20ft Full Container Load (FCL), which accommodates approximately 24 to 25 Metric Tons. Courier sample consignments (up to 1–2 kg) for cooking and elongation testing are available for qualified commercial buyers upon providing courier details.

All Basmati shipments originate from certified partner mills in the GI-designated Basmati belt (Punjab and Haryana). Each batch undergoes accredited laboratory DNA testing to verify varietal purity (min 95%). For European Union destinations, consignments are rigorously tested in accredited laboratories to confirm compliance with EU pesticide Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs), specifically for Tricyclazole, Buprofezin, and Isoprothiolane (<0.01 mg/kg).
